Regular 226   Saint Petersburg, FL |  Subject: Felts B14 vs Giant Trinity Composite 1My bike purchase was delayed due to unforeseen wife expenditures .... so back in purchase mode after financial recovery. In speaking with my bike fitter, he is recommending the Felt B14 or Giant Trinity Composite 1 based on my Retul fit. Pretty close in price and I am brand agnostic. Any strong feelings out there either way. Thanks, Bruce |

I've had a couple people say that the Giant is a good bike but can be tricky to work on the brakes, especially the rear. Felts, in general, have received solid reviews with no negatives. Pro 5892 , New Hampshire | Subject: RE: Felts B14 vs Giant Trinity Composite 1 The rear brake of the Felt is not that complicated to work on, but you need to set the right tension on the spring and the cable housing length is critical. Took me some time to get it perfect, but it has stayed put since. Otherwise, the Felts are a dream to work on. |
