Comments:

AWESOME RUN! Great day, gorgeous scenery!
What would you do differently?:

Train better!
Post race
Warm down:

Walked around the runner's area afterward; also got my poster and t-shirt signed by the artist. Walked over to the old Presidio to the runner's store, then walked all the way back to the Embarcadero to get my car. Long day! :) Love this part of SF though.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of training and lack of motivation to train.

Event comments:

Loved it, love that run from the Embarcadero, past Pier 39, through Fisheman's Wharf, past Ghirardelli Square and Aquatic Park, up and over to the Marina Green, past the Presidio and out to Fort Point, then back toward the Presidio to end. My favorite run in SF!
