Subject: Toughman Indiana 5/31 - not registered?
I posted this in the Indian forum but thought I would also post this here for any Ohio BT'ers since Richmond is close.

If anyone is thinking about doing Toughman Indiana on 5/31 and has not yet registered, let me know. I have a paid registration I will not be using due to a recent serious illness. I think AMS lets the registration be transferred. Not looking for any $$, just to have someone get some use of it. If interested, send me a PM.

I usually have at least one workout per day, sometimes two or three, but I spend about all in-between time eating. I am not gaining weight, but I am not losing weight either. Should I be concerned?

To help implement your resolutions (or those of your friends and family members), I recommend the following books, most of which are written by nutrition experts: registered dietitians (RD).

So after about 10,000 emails, dozens of phone calls, and one pre-race pasta dinner, the 1st meeting of the Steve's in a triathlon finally arrived.
