My Wife bought t-25 and now that I have more time I am thinking of doing it as a morning workout for core general fitness and flexibility any thoughts?

I have! I started in January and finished about a month ago-- loved it. I saw the biggest improvement in my stomach. I just starting getting into training for triathlons so I only did it along with running. It works on your legs a lot so it helped increase my leg strength to not get so tired running longer distances. It's fun to do with people so if you and your wife do it together, it could be a fun bonding thing and also motivate you two to really do all of the exercises.

A bit late on the response, but I'm 2 weeks into it and doing it with my wife. I can definitely feel a difference in my legs, shoulders, stomach, and back. I feel I keep my form while running as well. It definitely helps with the stabilizer muscles which I'm hoping lowers the risk of injury as I get back into running after about a year off.

I'm going to let you in on how to get faster by doing nothing. Well, not exactly nothing, but you won't have to raise your heart rate, put out 300 watts, or really even break a sweat.

I quickly browsed an article in Men's Health that talked about doing a triathlon, and how it wasn't really that hard. With a "tsk!" I quickly turned the page while thinking, "Yeah, right!"
