Subject: FS - 2012 Orbea Ordu Bike ($1600) Own one of the fastest triathlon bikes on the market for a fraction of the price. This is the same exact frame that Craig Alexander rode to his 2008 and 2009 Kona victories. This model retailed for $4400-6000.
Frame: 2012 Orbea Ordu SDR. The frame was received directly from Orbea in May 2012. It has less than a year's worth of training on it. It's been collecting dust in my basement since last June.
Size: 54 cm. Stack and reach of 520 and 409mm. Owner is 5'11" Currently setup in an aggressive position.
Components are a few years older (09 ) and were swapped from my 2009 Ordu to this one in May 2012. Estimated mileage: 5000-5500 miles. Plenty of life still in them. This bike was previously services by Acme 3x a year and most recently by a personal mechanic.
Crank: Dura-ace 7800 53/39, 172.5 mm
F&R Derailleurs: Dura-ace 7800
Shifters: Dura-ace 7800
Brakes: Dura-ace 7800
Chain: Ultegra 6700
Cassette: Ultegra 6600
Wheels: Mavic Cosmos
Stem: Carbon Zeus AT III
Headset: Carbon Profile Design Cobra Wing & Profile Design Carbon T2 extensions (upgrades )
Saddle: Fizik Arione
I'd love to put this in the hands of new triathlete looking to save money but purchase a super bike. It would be great for Ironman Chattanooga this fall.
