Subject: PT reco in Cambridge/Somerville/Watertown area
Hi. I recall there were some good recommendations a while back so thought I'd give the forum a shot.

I have a referral from my physician for another round of PT for CP/PF syndrome and am determined to get back to running shape, no matter what my creaky knees are telling me today!

I was going to go to Kennedy Bros at my work complex in Watertown, but they get such terrible Yelp reviews and have mostly students running the clinic that I'm thinking I may want to try somewhere else.

Anyone have a stellar Physical Therapist or clinic they can refer in Camberville or Watertown, particularly one that got you back to running condition or helped you through knee/hip issues?

Much appreciated!

Sorry for hijacking you're post I meant to start a me thread.
However I just went to Spaulding rehab in Medford and they have a women who analyzed my run.
She was great and gave me a few pointers and a follow up session. The appointment cost $175 or it will
insurance will cover it. In my case I won it at a fitness fair

I got about a minute into it and, despite bracing myself against it for months, I panicked. I could not get my breath. I said, "I can't do this, I can't do this."

I went into the pool area (as this was a pool swim) and got body marked. That's when it hit me that I was there to race - this was not a clinic.

The triathletes really inspired me. I watched them in awe as childlike thoughts went through my head like, "I want to do that!" But then reality set in. “Who are you kidding?

I have had chronic Achilles tendonitis problems for a good portion of my life. I am wondering if this can ever go away, or if there is a surgery that can be done?
