Subject: Women's Only Ride from Fraser Bike this Saturday!
Hi BT'rs

Join me in a Women's Only ride sponsored by Specilized Bikes out of Fraser Bicycle this Saturday! Fraser Bike will provide breakfast and we will ride from the shop at 8am.

This is a no drop ride! We will be riding to Metro Beach and back, about 25 miles. You can ride the whole distance or turn around when ever you choose. Please check out the link below and RSVP if you'd like to join the fun!

I own both a road bike and a tri bike. I am wondering which bike I should be riding during off season training, or does it matter?

Generally I bike for 1.5-2 hours, and by time I'm on my way home I'm shaky. When I get home I usually have a headache and am nauseated. What should I eat before or during my workout to prevent this?

Over this next month I will be learning more about my bike each time I take it out to ride. I want to take full advantage of what it has to offer.
