I've started coaching highschool rowers and I'm having a blast!! good for you - i find high schoolers impossible to deal with, especially in big groups! :-P Ha! Well I am learning more about patience than I ever thought possible. Yesterday was my novice's first regatta and I am really proud of them! Regardless of how they placed they did a great job and handle led themselves well. |

March 2015 Do you have to run? Cuz I don't do that anymore...
or bike,
or swim.
I guess I'm the next Rynomite... on BT for no apparent reason since I don't tri. Edited by Kido 2014-10-14 2:51 PM |

I see your other thread in tritalk and I was wondering, when was the last time you raced? 2012 IMAZ - so two years. If it wasn't bugging me when I looked at it when walking by, my TT bike would still have my IMAZ race number on it. I'm wondering when the bug will bite again. I could help it along and go out and MTB a little. That always seemed to fire me up before. Maybe this winter when it's not so miserable outside I will like to get out? I'm trying to find SOMETHING that gets me interested. Paid 300 bucks for a year of yoga (I think). Went hard for the first month then didn't feel like going again.
ETA: I sort of recant. I did a 10 miles Tough Mudder in the spring which was a blast (except for the electric shocks)... Edited by Kido 2014-10-14 3:07 PM |

I believe Windows 7 can lower it's display settings to "classic" mode if it is running slow, perhaps it's something along those lines? |

Regular 866 Central Coast, CA | Subject: RE: NewTAN's Third Law of Motion Here is a good thought of the day: Checking your phone when someone else checks their phone is the "yawn" of this generation. Sadly I'm guilty of this one at times. What's even worse is when someone's phone plays a notification sound and I get the urge to see if my phone has any pending notifications... |

It's sort of a bare bones OS startup to fix any hardware/software problems that may have occurred. Sort of looks like a computer screen from the 90's! |

Pro 5761 Bartlett, TN | Subject: RE: NewTAN's Third Law of Motion I brought my lunch from home today and ate in my office. Although I liked saving the money, I hate sitting in my office eating. I feel trapped. I could have gone to the break room and ate and probably should have, but I am not sure I will be bringing lunch for the office. I had BBQ chicken breasts!!
Now I need a nap |

Sensei Sin City | Subject: RE: NewTAN's Third Law of Motion Another project completion party tonight. This could be a real drunkfest. No press, no VIP's, just the contractors and design team renting out a restaurant with open tab, free appetizers, door prizes... I could very well be incapacitated tomorrow. I'm in one of my weird sleep problem phases. Wake 3-4 hours after falling to sleep exhausted, but also feel like I'm tripping out on something. Mind going crazy and not letting me sleep, restless, but not truly awake. For some reason, the only thing that seems to work is a touch of food, something to drink, and I move to the couch and 30-45 minutes later, fall asleep. The only thing that's different is I'm on some antibiotics. I wonder if that does it? May just be one of those time things are off. Installed and played with Rosetta Stone last night. I really dig it. It's totally different than taking it in HS or in a class setting. I didn't understand the different "approach" they keep talking about but it only took 30 minutes to realize what they meant. It's fun and cool and I want to keep going. UNLIKE HS French class!

I was off the pain meds the instant the root canal was done. However, I'm doing my part for society and completing my course of antibiotics for the inflammation in order not to create antibiotic resistant super bugs. You can thank me by buying me a drink!

Party sounds fun...............can I come..Oh snap I live like 2000 miles away. I should get rosetta stone In other news I had my knee/hand surgery friday. Hand will be fine but it turns out 10% of my tendon was shredded so good thing I took care of that pesky trigger finger. I never really hurt its just highly annoying to have your finger get stuck in flexion. My knee is not so good. 1/2 my ACL graft was shredded and floating about in my knee getting stuck in my joint and what is left is not functioning so well. I had a lateral menicus tear and an osteochondral lesion on my lateral femoral condyle which upsets me greatly Also my beloved Charlie cat died early monday morning. I am very sad and miss my snuggle bug fur baby very much. |
