Looking to upgrade my saddle, I currently ride on what came with my bike.

What are you all riding? Recommendations?

Relatively sure that my road bike saddle is a Specialized Avatar Comp. My tri bike saddle is a Specialized Sitero Expert.

I would recommend is going to your LBS and having them help you find the right saddle FOR YOU.

For my road bike I spent a couple of hours with at my LBS being measured, talking with about differences and trying different saddles. After what seemed like forever (each time they changed and adjusted the saddle sometimes making multiple adjustments per saddle) I ended up thinking I had the "right" saddle; however, after riding it for a week or so I realized it wasn't the "right" one and they took it back and exchanged it for a different one. It was a long and tedious process because it took a long time to find one that felt good, but in the end I ended up with a relatively comfortable saddle (although still not perfect).

For my tri bike the sales person suggested the saddle, I tried it, liked it and we hit it first try. So it all depends.

I cannot get comfortable without the nose of the saddle being tilted down. I have tried many different seats and had two professional fittings, but still have excessive numbness and discomfort.

Finding the right bicycle saddle is often a confusing process of trial and error for cyclists. However, a little education goes a long way, and will perhaps save you some pain and discomfort as well.

Many things will influence your triathlon bike position, but if you are forced to set your position up on your own, there are several overall guidelines that should help.

In this third segment, Colorado Premier Training goes through several bike position tests to improve on rider efficiency. This was accomplished by varying the saddle height and aerobar width.

When first going aero, your shop should begin by putting you in the least aggressive position. This means the aerobar pads will be almost level or just below the saddle.

After a while on my first longish ride, I noticed that I was getting numb. It’s scary. “Will feeling return?” is the first thing that comes to mind.

The ISM Adamo Racing Saddle is difficult to define. It doesn’t look like a bicycle saddle. It doesn’t mount like a bicycle saddle. And yet, it does feel like a bicycle saddle.

Whether your bike is new, new to you, or you have not been on the bike for a long time, you really should spend some time thinking about how your bike fits you.
