OK. I thought I could figure this out, but apparently the app is smarter than me. I am trying to add nutrition info into the app (and mobile site for that matter) and cannot find any button, tab, or anything that will let me add info. I am told "you don't have custom food entered" etc. I click on the "Add Food" and still to no avail. This app looks pretty cool, but if I can't get some of the basic stuff to work not sure it is for me. I have looked for a manual and cannot find one. I am sure i am missing something very easy here, so any direction would be great!! BTW I am only using the free version at the moment.

To add individual foods, use the search box below that area. The custom foods and meals come from the fullsite where you assemble several foods together.

...and once you have logged several individual foods using the search area...they will be under the "frequent foods" area for easy logging.

With the coming of the New Year, athletes commonly think about making nutrition resolutions. Good thing, given only 3 to 4% of Americans follow all of the established Dietary Guidelines.

To help implement your resolutions (or those of your friends and family members), I recommend the following books, most of which are written by nutrition experts: registered dietitians (RD).
