Subject: Twin Lakes - Palatine - 6-29-14
Who else is doing this race? Should be fun.

Pre-rode the course today - it's surprisingly fun and pretty fair. A few nice long straights, and the part through Inverness is actually pretty fast.

Probably going to do another pre-ride (easy spin) next Saturday.

Yep, I'm doing this one in preparation for LZ a few weeks later. Have not done before but heard good things about it - nice and close too!

I am running Boston in April and Ironman Lake Placid is in July. I have been told that it is ambitious to think about doing an IM so close to a marathon due to the recovery time. Any suggestions?
