Subject: Anyone doing Cohasset?
Anyone doing Cohasset tomorrow?

This would be my first time doing this one. I did two Sprints last year but still consider mysef a novice so any tips on the course or race transportaiton/setup would be appreciated.

I'll be there tomorrow. First time doing Cohasset, first ocean swim. They said water is 55. Going to be a chilly swim

Last Sunday I swam over at Nantasket (one beach over) and it was 57 which wasn't too bad with a wetsuit on.

I saw the swim bouy markers at approximately race time tide and it is like an oblong semi circle as opposed to straight out and back.

Just saw this -- I was there today as well. Typical middle aged slow guy results for me, but it was a stunningly beautiful day to be out there having fun with this crazy sport. Hope you had fun. Water wasn't as cold as last year, thank goodness.

I quickly browsed an article in Men's Health that talked about doing a triathlon, and how it wasn't really that hard. With a "tsk!" I quickly turned the page while thinking, "Yeah, right!"
