Im looking to buy a flask belt for long runs, its just way to hot out and i hate carrying bottles in my hands while running. Whats to best?

they each have their pro's and cons, but I went with the Amphipod because it's so modular.  the Nathan's are really good too.

Depends on how long your long runs are.  Belts are fine with 20oz can do 30oz, but by the time you've got 40oz on them, they get unwieldy.  If you're going for a few hours and need to take 1 to 2 liters with you- go for one of the backpack style that the 'ultra' runners use.

I can't say much for other brands, but one I have used and love is Nathan Performance Gear.

I use the Speed 2R Auto-Cant hydration belt and really like it.  Feels comfortable around the waist and flexes when you're taking bottles out or putting them back in.  Just a nice way to carry flasks without feeling like you're adding any weight.  It's easy to forget that it's there.

I have a camelbak handheld and like it better than the bottles in my nathan belt. Im thinking of switching to a camelbak belt.

I can train for half marathons on pavement and on trails, but as soon as I change it up to gravel or loose dirt my knee swells and the pain it causes is unreal. Any ideas why this happens?
