Short and hard 17 miles on the bike, averaged almost 22mph. Getting hot out there!

Rest day for me today too! Didn't take one last week so it was VERY needed!

Going to a BBQ at my swim coach's house a little later, so that should be fun!

Have a great Sunday all!!

Got up early and did my planned workout. ran from the house down to Quail Gardens through La Costa and back. (16 miles)

This is my last proper workout for the month and then I am going into a week of Plugs Out no training.

Hope everyone is having a greyt weekend.

Kim, you are going to love CdA. The course is awesome. Be sure to book your accommodations early. (garden district is the best)

32 mile bike, zone 2, about 18.8 mph.

I was please I managed to keep to about 95% in zone 2, it was only the big climb where I went over. To come back with that av. mph, made me smile, quite tired now though.

My first tri is next weekend, so today was my last long (for me) session. I'll be keeping the intensity up, but dropping the duration throughout the week.

Got in my long ride (55 miles) and perfect weather (60's and sunny) and beautiful route for it. The "fast group" showed up, so I got quite a workout! Hopefully will be able to get in some more running next week.

Feeling confident and cocky, after finally losing some weight, I got off my back side and into triathlon.
