Hi all,
I just moved to Kansas City and am looking for some ppl to tri train with. I don't know the area very well and would love to be shown the ropes (best places to swim an bike). I have done a few sprint triathlons and loved them! I'm pretty weak on the bike but a strong swimmer and runner. Out of shape right now after taking a year long break. So if anyone is needing a training buddy, please let me know!

Welcome to BT. It might be helpful to post a "Hello" in the Kansas state forum. There are a number of active folks form that area on BT.

Hi! Just thought I'd touch base and see if you had found someone to train with. Are you still doing tris? If you still want to get out and ride or run, hit me up. I'm always up for a workout buddy!
