Subject: right feet goes numb
Hi, may i ask for your input on why my right foot goes numb after 20-30min of riding on the road but i don't get this when i'm on my trainer? i've tried adjusting my cleats forward/backward/inside/outside and also my saddle forward and backward but i get the same numbness.

I had similar problem. Have you tried loosening the clip?

Have you tried reducing your tire pressure? (If that helps then you may want to switch to 25c tires instead of 23c)

yes i have, but i still have the numbness. i went out and bought a silicon gel pad of sorts and placed it in between the removable sole insert and the shoe. hope it will work.
