Subject: Florida noob

I'm a 45 yr old ex fat guy. Over the last 10 months I've lost 80lbs. In February I started running and did a Savage race in March. My ultimate is the Tough Mudder in November. Someone I work with does tris and I swore I would never do one. Well I was wrong. I got a bike to add a little variety to my workouts and I'm now signed up for my first tri on October 5th. I will admit that the training is becoming an addiction but an addiction I can live with.
