Subject: Arm Warmers vs Baselayer/Compression Long Sleeve Top
I'm considering getting a baselayer compression type top to wear under my cycling jersey.

Main reason for doing this is because arm warmers always have a tendancy to fall down slightly, meaning my upper arms get cold on a winters day. Also, I'm wearing a thermal polypropelene top underneath my cycling shirt anyway so it will be doing the same thing but better.

Anyone else wear one of these compression type shirts underneath their cycling or running shirt?

What are your thoughts on them?

On the long bike rides of 80+ miles I get very strong pain in my toes. I slow down my pace and I might recover, but when I hit the next hill it is back. Could this be some kind of circulation issue?
