I don't, & never thought I need it. But I purchased the Garmin FR 15 due to the price-point & am wondering how, if at all, I can benefit from the additional activity tracking function.

How do you use it? Would love to hear.

I have a FitBit - it's not something I would have purchased for myself but I received it as a gift. It's mildly interesting to see how many steps I take in a day, and most days I find myself trying to walk extra to increase the number. On the app I also track my sleep patterns (which FASCINATE me), water intake and weight.

Hey, you've been around for a while... so if it inspires you to move more, then I reckon it will do the same for me.

Thanks for sharing.

I had a couple of the original FitBits, but they broke easily & if any water got on them...BZZ~DEAD.

The new ones are supposed to be better about not dying, but now I am so active & I track all my workouts in Garmin Connect that I don't feel the need to use an activity tracker anymore. I figure I am pretty much blowing 90% of the population away anyway.

My wife uses the FitBit Zip & she loves it. She wears it everywhere & "competes" against friends to see who can take the most steps. I debated getting one to join in the challenge, but decided against it.
