So, it's day 7 .. After a serious bike crash last Saturday, I'm having trouble with #2
Now, I usually do an "evacuation" before the big brick workout on Saturday morning.
I was allowed to eat last Saturday.
Everything I touched on Sunday and Monday, was brought back up.
I started eating again on Tuesday and have been eating voraciously since.
Now, it's time to do a #2.
Lots of fruit later, tons of colase and senacot. Still no #2.
Any tricks any of you tried ?

Sorry about the crash.  If you are on pain meds they are probably plugging you up.  For me I am lactose intolerant so a little yogurt would do the trick   Get an over the counter stool softener, prunes fiber etc.  Hoep you feel better soon

I found out that percocet has that effect as well. I took it for two days after surgery, and it's effect (on #2) seemed to last about a week.

My journey began after visiting a friend in the hospital after his wife had just had twins. I noticed immediately that he looked great. He had easily lost 30 pounds since the last time I had seen him.
