Subject: Running in tulsa
The first week of August I will be in tulsa and will need to get a 16 mile run done. Does anyone know how long that trail that goes along the river is and if it is generally safe for a female to run along alone?

The River Parks Trail is over 30+ miles; My wife often runs alone on the RPT. I often see solo females running.

I can train for half marathons on pavement and on trails, but as soon as I change it up to gravel or loose dirt my knee swells and the pain it causes is unreal. Any ideas why this happens?
