Subject: Ultegra 11-speed cassette issues
Howdy! I'm curious if anyone else running Ultegra 6800 11-speed cassettes is having issues with gear meshing? I am running 11-32t and my 12t cog meshes horribly in both chain rings, it's virtually unusable. I can smooth it out if I adjust the derailleur cable but all the other gears won't mesh well. I took it to the LBS and they couldn't fix it either. This sprocket has it's own built in spacer so installation spacing and orientation shouldn't be an issue. Any thoughts or experiences are welcomed!

Is the cassette assembled correctly? If I remember correctly, the U-11 cassette has two different spacers.

The second thought is that the derailleur hanger may be off… The third possible culprit is that the dishing of the wheel is off.

Is gear overlap from the big to small ring a consideration? Will the ratio increment of the compact setup be very beneficial to my riding?
