After a few years of training full time on the tri bike, I'll now get to enjoy this new toy. Madone 4.7, 6800 Ultegra 11 speed. The 11 speed shifts through the gears like warm butter.

Nice bike.  I'm a Trek fan. Zipp wheels, nice!

The bars look tilted a little upward in that photo - camera effect?

How many miles on those Zipp 101's? A buddy of mine bought some, they cracked along the spoke holes within a couple weeks, when the shop called Zipp for the warranty claim they said, "we know, send em in and we will get his money back to him" then they quit selling them altogether. Zipp rep said there were wide spread issues with the 101's.

Glad yours are holding up, hope they continue to do so!

Got the rear w/ PT last August. Got the matching front in January. No issues so far.

Why does that poor bike have to sit in the house? It wants to go outside and play.

I've rested them for 6 weeks, twice. I've had Active Release Therapy, massages, I'm doing Trigger Point, and stretching. Yet, I'm still having issues and can't get above 3 miles.

Not really a swim drill, but more of a focus on proper catch and pull technique to engage the lats and not the shoulders.

Use this tutorial anytime you see a 'pull' workout indicating paddles. Use a pull buoy too.
