 37 |  Subject: Good tri shop and fitter in ChicagolandSo I finished by first HIM the past weekend. I think I am ready to take the jump to getting a tri bike. Could you recommend any shops and why you like them? I was unimpressed with a few of the shops that I found in the western suburbs. They only seem to do rough measurements (no fancy guru, retul, etc.) and have a poor selection with nothing in my size (smaller end) in stock. |

Bernie Conway is also a good bike fitter, he will fit u and tell u what bikes would suit you. He does not sell bikes. He is also a great guy. he is with 140point6 sports. |

Veteran 706 Illinois | Subject: RE: Good tri shop and fitter in Chicagoland Running Away Multisport is my go-to. They do a dutch auction clearance in the fall that can be killer deals. Certified fit e,perts and good selection. Can be pricey though. |

In all seriousness, I have been nothing but pleased and impressed with the entire staff at Wheel Werks. They know their stuff and are without the egos that sometimes comes along with a high-end bike/tri shop. |

It's about an hour away from me, but no different than heading into the city with traffic. However, their selection seems limited with bikes in my price range (orbea and cannondale). I'd like to have a shop with a few more selections. |
