Subject: hola!!!

I my name is Santos and im training for my first sprind triathlon but i have a problem, i injury yesterday my gracilis and and the triathlon is in September for charity and i realy gone to do it because is for charity i will much appreciate any information or advice for a good recovery and have enough time to training. HELP!!!

Hi Santos and welcome to BT. Sorry about your injury best thing to do is really give it time to heal. Since it's a leg muscle you may be able to do pull training for swimming in the pool, though. If you really let it heal, you will likely still be able to do the triathlon and finish well, just not go as fast as you'd like.
