Good morning BT!  The weekend is upon us!

This morning just a walk and some light stretching.  Heading out in a few hours to Idaho--tomorrow is my last race of the season!  Looking forward just training for fun and not having any dates circled on the calendar!  Well, I have a couple dates but not until 2015!

Have a great day and even better weekend and good luck to all of us racing!

Good Morning

Starting Vacation 3 glorious weeks off, taking the new RV out for its first tester run for 3 days later this afternoon, then getting ready for the Big adventure taking the 3 pooches and both granddaughters on a 3000 mile excursion to the dog agility championships in New Brunswick to Compete with Stormy. So training will be sporadic at best for the next few weeks but should get a swim in the Ocean at St Andrews... Yes that's where they spotted the Great white 1 KM off Shore earlier this week, wife is not to keen on me putting on my black wetsuit and thrashing around like a big Juicy seal... Come to think of it maybe I am not either LOL.

So posting will probably be sporadic over the next while, Talk to you all in a few weeks, good luck to anyone racing, go get those potato heads Teech and Happy training everyone.

I biked into work for the 1st time today. Just over 14 miles with a net descent. I just can't wait until my ride home at the end of the day. It'll have a net climb of about 1,300 feet.

Morning! Good luck at your race Kim! Can't wait to hear about it!

5am- 9.5 mile run. almost 90 degrees out with humidity but got it done! Wore a tank that said "Suck it up!" to get in the mood - lots of thumbs up and smiles from the other runners on the canal!

Busy Friday with the kids today - when does school start again? lol!

TGIF everyone! Enjoy the races and travels!

I'm on the other side of the college-student desk. I'm the one with the red pen in my hand. Those of us with schedules that change from day to day actually have an advantage, I think.
