Subject: Best aerobar hydration system?
I've been looking at both an aero hydration system and bottle cage for my newly acquired bike and, as with all products, seem to see great and poor reviews on all the options in the aerobar systems. I am 6'1" / 205 lbs and would like to ensure little spillage and will be training up from a 1/3 ironman currently to a full ironman. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Speedfil A4 and Z4+ would be my recommendation. I'm currently using TorHans 20 and 30 bottles with the mount and they're really good as well.

Another vote for the Speedfill A2 with the Z4 mount - the whole thing just disappears between your arms.

Note: Although I have the Z4 mount, I hadn't moved my Garmin to the bike mount in this race (It was full of water - so, I felt no need to mess with it).

I go the DIY route with 4 zip-ties and a Bontrager RL cage. I haven't lost a bottle yet, even on gnarly roads. For HIM and IM distances I just pitch the spent bottle and replace with the hand-up without having to monkey with filling a reservoir.

Don't know if it's 'best', but I've got the Torhans Aero 30.

Pros:  seems to be very aero.  aero straw cover!  holds 30oz.  Good customer support.

Cons:  Rattles a bit (fixed with some velcro).  Splatters a bit over rough roads when full.  Straw cover slides up (fixed with a piece of tape)

I put a push pin through the little nipple thing on mine... lost 3 straw covers before that though...
