Subject: Creatine?
Does anyone see any benefit from using creatine while training? I know you wouldn't want any extra weight, but wouldn't a little more muscle mass make you stronger?

The literature would indicate that there is no benefit for endurance athletes. It would be useful for events that are primarily anaerobic in nature but since all triathlons are very much aerobic, it is likely a waste of money.
