Good morning BT!

5:00am:  60 mins on the KK, quick breakfast and heading out on the mtn bike to chase CC kids!

Cloudy and rainy here today--going to work in my classroom all day I think,  it's time to get started back!

Have a great day!

Rain in the forecast and 1650 yd. swim tonight.  Longest swim ever for me.  Don't usually post here because my workouts seem a little puny compared to others, but just had to brag on myself a bit today.

First go on the trainer. I took it outside, but how much do you sweat!?!?!

65 minutes - 6 x (2min hard, 3 min easy), 1 x 10 min hard. The rest was warm up, rest or cool down.

Enjoyed it though.

Hey there!

5:15am - 60 min power spin - heavy hill repeats - still feeling it in my quads!

8:30am - 3 mile run - whew, hot and humid here!

10:30am - 2300yd - LONG COURSE in the pool today - such a treat! Had to circle swim toward the end - first time doing that.

Got in a swim & bike trainer brick this morning.  Some crazy heat, humidity and afternoon storms going in FL right now. This week I'm working on getting up a bit earlier.  Can't wait until the kids school starts in 3 weeks so I have to get out of bed before 6am.
