P1 54cm, Top tube 530, BB drop 60, Stack 498, Reach 419
P2 56cm, Top tube 530, BB drop 60, Stack 531, Reach 429
Lucero 58cm, Top tube 520, BB drop 68, Stack 527, Reach 403
B16 54cm, Top tube 545, BB drop 70, Stack 527, Reach 426
Someone your size, should be on the P1 or B16, I'd lean more towards the P1, it has a shorter stack, which is the height of the frame at the top where the fork tube comes out. The stack relates to how low you can put the handlebars. If you're flexible or plan on workin on flexibility, I'd lean towards the lower stack of the P1. The P2 is too big for you, and I can't comprehend the QR, it is tall and short, but it seems the P1 is more accomodating.
Depending upon your inseam length, and torso, and crank length, but I'd guess that you have about a 72.5 cm saddle height from the bottom bracket, and with the typical stem and spacer stack height of 6 cm, you'll have a saddle to elbow pad drop of about 10cm, which would be a good starting point, IMO, and depending upon bar selection, you could potentially have as much as 16cm, but that would be for uber flexible people, like LEEGO
