an easy 6.3 mi run this morning, although 700+ vert made a few sections Z3 instead of the desired Z1/2.

that's 216mi of running for the month of July.  I'm happy with that.

90 minutes on the trainer this morning with Sufferfests 'The Hunted' doing the 20 minute climb twice.

Plan to hit the pool at lunch and after work today too.

Have a good day!

It was a super fast July. Heading out the door for about 28 good bike miles. If I have the time after, will get to the pool for about 1000 yrds.

Swim today.

10 x 50m in 35s with 1m rest. Then 10 x 100m in 1m25s with 1m rest.

For the 100s I tried a bit of TI swimming. Didn't feel like I was putting much more effort in, but my normal 10x100m sets are me trying to swim under 1m35s. So I was pleasantly surprised with the times constantly 1m25+-2 sec.

But more importantly, my wife is out tonight, so bacon pizza for tea!

Last Oregon ride of the summer. (Sob...well, would be sobbing about it except bigger stuff is going on right now.) 2:25 on beautiful loop through farmland and forests. Dismantled bike and now in process of packing. Last Oregon run and swim (probably) tomorrow.
