Petoskey Tri

Anyone else doing the Petoskey Tri in a few weeks? It will be my first triathlon and the start is within walking distance of my family's place. Seemed too good to pass up!

I was planning on the GR Marathon in the fall but injuries started piling up b/c I was doing too much too soon. I switched to the half and started biking as cross training and was reminded how much I love riding my bike. I've always been intrigued by triathlon so I signed up on a whim a few weeks ago and started swimming. Even found a great deal on a wetsuit!
