Subject: Keystone State Triathlon Super Sprint
I would encourage anyone who likes to go fast to sign up for this race. It is drawing close to race day. This is an excellent race. I was introduced to the super sprint at this race & keep going back because I love racing this distance, wish there were more around. If you want to get your feet wet or do your first tri with an ows this is also a good place to race. Come on out & give it a go. If you want a longer race you can do this race on Sat & sign up for the Oly on Sun. Hope to see some of you there.

Awesome. Your signed up for the Quakerman Half, correct? See you again in Sept, although I am going to do the Oly at Quakerman. Going to focus on short course for a little while & put any more long course races on hold for at least the next year. Have a great race this weekend & again in Sept.

Yeah, a bit nervous over the Quaker half as my training has been a bit laborious as of late. Hoping the sprint this weekend will help get back into the groove.

Ok, so that didn't go as planned. Hoping for a moderate paced sprint to take car of my brick session this week, instead, ended up jogging/walking my bike 6ish miles to transition due to flatting issues (still trying to figure out what is going on) and now have to nurse blistered and sore feet with my first DNF. This game can be rough! The good news is physically I feel great and I still got a brickish workout in afterall.

Cotswold super sprint - UK. Lots of bodies colliding, I swam half over someone, got kicked by some bloody breaststroker, and as a mob we poured towards the first buoy.

Already a cyclist and not a bad swimmer, I figured all I had to do was build up to running a few miles and I’d be ready to go. The challenge invigorated me, and I ran out to buy new running shoes.
