Can anyone provide info on either of these masters swim groups? Schedule, cost, coach, how to contact? Thanks!

I swim with the masters at Wesminster. Practice times are 5:45-7:15 AM Mon-Fri at Westminster, Sat 7:00-8:30 AM at Marist, and Tue/Thurs 6:30-8:00 PM at Lovett. I can't remember the annual fee but I believe it's around $400 for the full year (prorated depending on when you join and pay). The contact person for more information is Bill Lotz: [email protected]

Let me know if you'd like any additional information.

Thanks! I wasn't aware that they also had a swim at Lovett in the p.m. That's great news.

Sometimes the best way to master something is to be around people who are masters of it. For non-swimmers - there is the Master’s Swim group.

The most common question I hear in the triathlete world about the mysteries of swimming efficiently usually involves something with breathing.

Club or group workouts are very motivating and soon you’ll start feeling like a triathlete, making you less likely to flake out.

Work your weakness. In the sport of triathlon, most coaches agree that you should spend the most time working on your weakest of the three sports. For many of you this will be swimming!

Most of us in the triathlon world are concerned with more than just fat burning. There are certain situations when it’s appropriate to use fins during a workout.
