Subject: 8.18.14 Monday Morning!

Goooooood morning BT!  And just like that, I'm back to my old wake up routine!  Summer sleeping in OVAH.

4:15am:  45 minute run

5:00am:  30 min circuit training

Breakfast then my cross country season officially kicks off at 7:00am--my kids better be ready to work today!

Second week of school here. Getting back in the routine--both early mornings and daily workouts (since I took ten days completely off) has been rough. Finally got into the pool today for the first time in almost three weeks (due to maintenance issues). 2400m of free and IM's. Nice to have "my" pool to myself again, but felt pretty slow and out of shape!

10.7 mile bike to work- planning on swimming at the lake tonight. School starts in 2.5 weeks, so we are in a holding pattern for routines around here!

Sufferfest- There is no try.

I enjoyed it. My favourite, and hardest of the three done is still A Very Dark Place though.

10 mile run turned into a 12 miler this morning because i may have gotten a little lost on this new route i was trying!

Will be on the trainer for an easy spin tonight.

Hey everyone!

6:15 - subbed a 45 min core/flexibility class
7am - 60 min spin

4.5 mile run after...was hot and sticky and my legs perked up finally at the end!

Did a 4,100 meter swim at 6 am. I am getting tired of doing this three times per week, but only a few more weeks!
