Subject: Best method to "jump- start" post-season weight loss As I enter the back half of the season, I am attempting to pre-plan for the post-season in order to avoid the usual 5-7 lb weight gain. Although, I am at a healthy weight I feel it would be more productive if I stopped gaining and, subsequently losing the same weight when training ramps up again in January. To that end I am wondering what others have used to avoid the weight gain- program or diet wise. I have been using the racing weight program and find that to be effective, however, I wonder if there is something that can really start it off right and, for lack of a better term, "jump- start" weight loss/ maintenance in the off-season. Alright, thanks for the advice as always!!!
