I do...however I have no answers for you as to why it's happening or how to stop it. My guess is I'm getting pool water in my sinus cavity?

Is it all water or a specific pool? Might be you're a little allergic to cl, br, nacl, or children's cooties? Just a thought. I know that only a specific pool's water causes it for me (not lakes!) and it's so minor and temporary that this is what I've self diagnosed. Its also similar to when I mow the grass and get a little in my nose.

Off to the pool to test their br levels with my nose!

Yeah happens to me too. I wonder if it enters the sinus area via the ear canal and/or the nose.

Most likely just thin mucus and not water. I don't have this issue but this year my throat produces more mucus when I swim in a pool to where I have to actively clear it. Didn't happen before but it does now. My swim coach always swims with a nose plug since after years of swimming, chlorine now really irritates his sinuses when it never used to.

never mind drips I used to sneeze uncontrollably for HOURS.  Like seriously I went thru boxes of tissues.   I am very sensitive/allergic to the pool chemicals.  Its worse in an indoor pool. Depending on the pool and how well or poorly they take care of it depends on which combination of allergy meds I need.  Right now I have a very nice well maintained pool and I just take zyrtec,  If they have shocked the pool I need singulair too. I swam in one that was so toxic you could see a cloud of chemicals over the water and I was taking 5 medications and using an inhaler.  It was crazy.  Try some zyrtec or Claritin they are both over the counter

The only time I notice a runny nose after swimming is during the cycling leg. My sleeves end up looking like .... I dunno, something gross.
