Hey there!

I hope your season is going well. I just wanted to let you know that Hy-Vee doesn't have to be your last chance to get in an olympic this year. Cyman has added an oly distance this year. It is being held on Sunday, September 21st in Bondurant (close to Des Moines).

Keep in mind that the taper period is as important to your body as all of the long hours you’ve put in the pool, on the bike and on the road. It is meant to help you rest, recover and rejuvenate.
