Subject: New to triathlon
New and very new to triathlon...I have been a runner for several years, and have been contemplating training for a triathlon for a while ..so here I am ! Knowing close to nothing about it and ready to explore and enjoy the ride !

Welcome!  Having the running down will make the transition easier.  Do you you have any swimming experience?  Are you on a training plan yet or have picked out a race?
