I love the blog post. Do you mind if I ask- what is your bike trainer? How do you connect it to the handlebar? also does it do a good job with simulating the hills?

I've got the Tacx Flow trainer. The controller is designed to attach to the handlebar so it's really convenient. You have to adjust it to set your own hills but it does a good job. It's really easy too, you just press the up arrow until you are happy with the toughness level. Let me know if you have any other questions.

thanks for the model info. Do you have the virtual trainer or the Tacx I-Flow trainer? The idea looks cool.

Just the adjustable Tacx Flow. No computer hook up or anything like that. Just a plain old trainer with a controller.
