Subject: liquid carbs
I have a digestive disorder that not only diminishes my appetite but also necessitates a low fat low fiber diet. Over this summer I have trained for and eventually completed a half ironman and have come to the conclusion that I'm not getting nearly enough calories to maintain that kind of training load. This really sucks because my ultimate goal is to complete a full. So I've been looking into high calorie liquid nutrition that I can use to supplement my current diet. I'm having a lot of difficulty finding a product that would work for me most of what I've found has at least 30g of fat and loaded with soy, which I don't tollerate well. The only carbs I can find are either simple sugars or bananas, also not well tolerated. Anyone here have experience with liquid nutrition? What do you like?

waxy maize or dextrose - mix and drink - fast absorption (That's pure carb)
Try some of the meal replacement shakes by Champion Nutrition ( they digest well)
But what disorder officially ?
