Subject: I'm new!
Hi everybody. I thought I'd join this site as I run/swim/cycle, although I don't think I'm brave enough yet to (a) do all 3 together or (b) competitively. I mostly cycle, tbh, although I love to swim and and a beginner in terms of running. I've always been a bit of an exercise-phobe, but am finally getting fit aged 38. I have 5 kids ranging from 5-12 years old.

Sorry no advice just wanted to say .... Wow 5 kids and you get time for exercise. I have a 4 year old and struggle so run bike to from work.
