She was talking about taper madness before marathons, and said that everything would start hurting. She would get nagging pains that she never experienced at the peak of training. She figured it was her body's way of saying "let's go, I need to move!" She had learned that when she felt that way, it meant she was tapering properly. Maybe you are just experiencing something similar. |
