I have been eyeballing that one for my first for a few years. Interested in hearing all about your race.

I am looking forward to it and will be sure to provide as detailed of a RR as I can. It appealed to me because of the flat terrain and the fact that it is a late season race, which keeps me motivated to continue to train during the colder months.

Great race report... I am aiming for my first IM in 2016 (WI) but the promise of a destination race is what allows me to keep going, mainly b/c my wife will get a vacation out of it! Cozumel is on my short list, I just hope it's not so windy!

Thanks. The wind will be there regardless, but it is a great race. It is the biggest event of the year on the island so the local support is amazing. Just keep in mind the added expense of shipping your bike (TriBike Transport was $425 for Cozumel). However, making a vacation out of it for your wife is key. Our hotel was right downtown in the middle of everything and very easy for my wife to watch the race.
