Subject: Continued training for next Century
doing my second century ride in 4 weeks how should I train, i am taking 5 days off and starting again on Sat with a 45- 50. I modified a 8 week program that was on Garmin Connect to do it in 6 weeks for my first Century. There was only one set of intervals on one day. The rest was just doing time on the bike.

I have been riding 4 days a week. Last big week was two 30 milers during week, long ride 60-70 on Sat and recovery ride 20 on Sunday.

Thoughts

The plan you are on sounds fine. Honestly I'd say you could complete it tomorrow if you've been riding 4 days a week with a long ride of 60-70 miles.

What are you goals?
