Subject: Any swimming coaches out there?
Hey guys,
I'll make this short, I want to do a triathlete or 1/2 triathlon in 2016. That's my goal!

But I need to learn to swim...I have some fear is submerging my head in the water and don't know how to breath while TRYING to swim.
Is there anyone in Houston area that can help me or guide to the right person?????
I'm on a little budget but can spare a reasonable price.

Hi, welcome to BT and triathlon!

For where you're at with swimming, see if a local YMCA or pool has swim lesson programs. Most do, quite affordably.
