Subject: Experience with wetsuit rentals
I'm considering a wetsuit for a triathlon in November. It's Florida so I could potentially get by without one but even in Florida the water will be cool and of course the buoyancy and speed factor. Its international distance triathlon. I've never used a wetsuit before so I wanted to make sure I got a chance to practice in it. It seems xterra has a 30 day rental program. Far longer than others. Anybody have experience with renting xterra wetsuits? I'm thinking sleeveless since water temp probably will be high 60s or low 70s. I liked the desoto t1 espresso but their rental time is short.

I have looked at renting an Xterra wetsuit for my first 70.3 this coming season. I think their rental period is basically a month total. Don't know if that helps

Yeah. A month total is what their rental agreement says. I was just wondering if somebody comment on the quality since along with the longer rental time compared to others the rental price is $49 for sleeveless

I rented a zoot suit from one of the local bike shops for the sprint I did 2 weeks ago. Only had it for 4 days, but it was very helpful to have it even that long. Did a long pool swim and an OWS before race day.

I actually ended up ordering a zoot wetsuit. I know I'm going to be using at least a few more times next year so it's worth the investment
