Greetings everyone!

How did your September training go? I didn't do much biking or swimming (almost nothing, hehehe) but I ran ALOT.

Swim: 33m 19s - 1200 Yd
Bike: 1h 48m 03s - 28.17 Mi
Run: 25h 14m 51s - 141.54 Mi

I feel prepared for my first full marathon happening a couple weekends from now, woohoo!

September Training Totals:

Swim: 9h 35m 23s - 31,500 Meters
Bike: 48h 18m 52s - 876.80 Miles
Run: 43h 59m 53s - 346.20 Miles

Total: 101h 54m 8s

Been a great month of training that is already paying off big. A solid showing at Carpinteria (5th Place AG, 32nd Overall) was only the hors d'oeuvres for the main course in 11 days.

Regardless of how things net out with Long Beach, this training cycle is already a big success
