Subject: Power Training Classes in Delco Hi BT'ers
It's off-season training time again. I just wanted to share info on our upcoming series of power training classes. We'll be running three 8-week sessions, the first session beginning in November. You have the option of signing up for a full 8-week program or dropping in as your schedule allows.
In our program last winter, we had several athletes who worked with us 2 days/week for 16 weeks that saw FTP increase by 20% - 30%.
