Easy day for me. One hour hike in the hills this morning. 50 minute Yoga class at the Y this noon. Some of the afternoon will be spent cleaning/replacing road bike drive trains.

Just getting ready to head over to the pool probably 2500M and some Core work over lunch break.

Good luck with the bikes Mike I need to get on that myself SOON, to get ready for this winters Bike Classes.

I'm down with an injury but will be cheering on our Kansas City Royals as they go for a World Series Championship. It's been too long ....

Parked at the beach on the way to work this morning and ran from Powerhouse Park up to Seaside Reef and back, then jumped in the ocean and did a quick trip out to the buoy. (8 Mile Run, 1000 Meter Swim)

Busy day at work but I did manage to get out just at sunset and get in a great trail run through the hills around my house. (6 Mile Run)

Still pretty tired from the drive back from the bay area. We got in about 9p and made very good time but I am still wiped out. Gonna try to focus on getting some good sleep time tonight.
